Srinagar: After missing the teams first warmup game vs New Zealand, Pakistan cricket team Director Mickey Arthur is all set to join teab in Hyderabad on Sunday.
Pakistan team is scheduled to begin its campaign of ICC World Cup 2023 on October 6 against the Netherlands.
Arthur, who was in England to perform his duties as head coach of County Cricket’s side Derbyshire, left the country to travel to India on Saturday.
During his time from 2016 to 2019, Arthur coached Pakistan to No.1 in Tests and T20Is, and also helped the side to win the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
Pakistan lost their first warm-up match against New Zealand by five wickets despite setting a massive target of 346 for the Kiwis.
Pakistan will now play Australia on October 3 in their second warm-up match before commencing their World Cup campaign against the Netherlands on October 6.
