Bandipora; In the ongoing Kousaria Memorial Cricket Tourney being played at Chiternaar Bandipora, Hashmee Cricket Club defeated HK Cememts by 89 runs here on Sunday.
Batting first, Hashmee CC squashed the HK cement bowling line-up all over the ground as they were able to put on the gigantic score of 271 runs on board.
It was largely due to some fine batting show by Suhail and Saqib who scored 59 and 41 respectively.
In reply, HK Cememts got upto a struggling start but were able to put some fight in as they finally compeleted the innings at 189 by losing all the wickets.
Sohail was the only batsman for them to show some resistance as he scored 53 run knock.
From Hashmee side, Shahnawaz Ahmad bagged a five wicket haul and was awarded as man of the match.
