Kieron Pollard Misses PSL Match to Attend Ambani Wedding

Karachi Kings all-rounder Kieron Pollard will miss his team’s upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Multan Sultans on Sunday, March 3rd, to attend the wedding festivities of Mukesh Ambani’s son, Anant Ambani.

The 36-year-old Pollard, who currently serves as the batting coach for the Ambani-owned Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians, boasts a strong connection with the family. This connection played a role in his decision to retire from the IPL, emphasizing his loyalty to Mumbai Indians and his unwillingness to play against them.

Despite being the leading run-scorer for Karachi Kings this season with 196 runs in five innings, Pollard will be absent from their crucial match against Multan Sultans. He is expected to rejoin the team on March 4th ahead of their encounter with Quetta Gladiators on March 6th.

Pollard recently took to social media, sharing pictures with his wife and highlighting his enduring bond with the Ambani family. He expressed his deep appreciation for their unwavering support and respect, acknowledging the family’s warmth and genuine connection that goes beyond mere words.
