Judo National Championship: J&K bags 3 bronze medals

Three Judo players of JK bagged bronze medals in the Sub Junior National Judo championship that was held in Una, Himachal Pradesh from September 7 to 11.Judo J&K

The three talented players, Tazeem Fayaz, Ragav Singh and Vipul Yashoyar were able to finish on podium for the State in national Championship.

In the same event, four players of State, Eshan Saini, Arnav Gupta, Nirali Sharma, Irbita Javed lost in group stages.

The State team was accompanied by coaches Arshi Nad, Shafakat Shafi and manager Manish Chatwal.

Thakur Rachpal Singh, President J&K Judo Association & former MLA Kalakote, Vikas Gupta, General Secretary Judo Association and Former Joint Secretary JFI and Abdul Hamid Khan,  Vice-president, J&K Judo Association lauded the efforts of the players for their excellent performance.
