Jammu & Kashmir Taekwondo Association on Sunday announced that 11th open state championship will be held on Monday and Tuesday at New Indoor Complex, M.A Stadium, Jammu.
Around 800 players/officials are expected to participate in this championship organised under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India.
Spokesperson, J&K Taekwondo Association, Sh Subash Shastri while speaking to media said that it would be a two day affair. He further made public that the championship will be headed by Sh. D.N Pangotra, acting president, Taekwondo Federation of India.
“From this State Championship, the best players will be selected to represent J&K in the forthcoming Junior Nationals Championship at Karnataka,” Subash Shastri said.
The technical team of the event will be headed by Sh. Atul Pangotra (NIS), TFI Chairman Referee Committee , International Referee with his team of officials.
