Srinagar, January 25: J&K SnowShoe Association will be holding open selection trials for selecting J&K team for the upcoming 2nd Khelo India National Winter Games-2021 at Gulmarg, Kashmir on Febuary 3.
“2nd Khelo India National Winter Games 2021 Open Selection Trials on Febuary 3 at 12: PM in Gulmarg ( Near Club),” Association Statement said.
“The selection of J&K players in Senior Men, Senior Women, Junior Boys & Girls ( Under-19) would be held,” statement further said.

“Athletes have to reach Gulmarg on their own. Association would be providing refreshments at the venue to all participating athletes,” said a statement .
Pertinently second Khelo India National Winter Games-2021 is scheduled to be held in Gulmarg from Febuary 19 to 25. In the event competitions of Skiing, Snowboarding , SnowShoe , Ice Stock, Ice Hockey, Ice Skating and Ski Mountaineering would be held .
In SnowShoe athletes from 12 States and Union Territories including J&K would be participating .
The Khelo India National Winter Games are being organised by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with Winter Games Association of J&K and suported by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports , Sports Authority of India.
