I League: Mohun Bagan train at TRC ground, playing Real Kashmir FC on Nov 20

The star-studded Mohun Bagan football team that is scheduled to play its I-League match against hosts Real Kashmir on Tuesday, Nov 20, held its first training session at TRC Turf Ground here on Sunday. Mohun Bagan TRC1

The oldest football club of India and former I-League champions trained at TRC in the afternoon with all its star players including captain Sony Norde, Dipanda Dicka and Henry Kisekka etc. Mohun Bagan will be taking on hosts Real Kashmir in the I-League match on November 20 afternoon at TRC.

Both the teams have played 3 matches in the tournament so far. While Mohun Bagan remain unbeaten in the matches it has played, Real Kashmir suffered its first defeat in I-League against Neroca FC at home on November 11. With one win and two draws, Mohun Bagan has collected 5 points and are positioned at 4th spot on the points table. Real Kashmir on the other side with a win, a draw and a defeat have 4 points and are placed at 8th position on the points table.

No entry for fans after 2:30 PM

Keeping in view the expected huge turnout of fans, the organizers of the I-League match between Mohun Bagan and Real Kashmir FC have issued instructions for the fans.

“All the security arrangements are taken care of by the Police. We have a manning plan in place as was practiced during previous match.  Tickets will be given to the spectators before the match. On match day gates will be closed at 02:30 pm depending on our ticket counts,” organizers said.

“Car passes are separately provided to the VVIP’s, medical team and other officials; they’ll enter through the VIP gate. Inside stadium, no bags, no bottles are allowed,” it added.
