HPL: Junaid stars as Mir XI Khansahab Budgam enter next round

In the ongoing Hajin Premier League, Mir XI Khansahab Budgam defeated FCC Shahgund in the second round of the tournament by a healthy margin of 64 runs.

Batting first, Mir XI posted a competitive total of 161/9 on board in alloted 20 overs. Junaid lefty stole the show with the bat as he played a fabulous knock of 76 runs for his team while as Irshad also added valuable 23 runs. Tanveer and Showket took 2 wickets each for Shahgund.

In response, FCC Shahgund never got going in the chase as they were bundled out on mere 97 runs in 13.5 overs. Suhail was the highest scorer with 33 runs to his name. Muneer Bhat took 3 wickets for Mir XI Budgam.

Junaid Lefty was declared as player of the match for his brilliant batting performance.
