In the ongoing Hajin Premier League, two matches were played in the day.
In the first match, BBC Sumbal defeated Mr.Kashmir CC in an one-sided affair by 8 wickets.
Batting first, Mr Kashmir CC only scored 109/10 in 18.5 overs. Amir and Mudasir scored 25 runs each. Bilal took 3 wickets conceding only 5 runs in his 4 overs.
In response, BBC chased down the target comfortably in 13.5 overs loosing only 2 wickets (113/2). Syed Rasool scored 48 while as Musharraf added unbeaten 35 runs.
Bilal was declared as player of the match for his brilliant bowling spell.
In the second match Legends XI Safapora defeated Hamza Glass CC in a nail-biting encounter by 1 wicket.
Batting first, Hamza CC posted a total of 130/8 on board in alloted 20 overs. Saju Nazir was the top scorer with 30 runs to his name. Munazir and Shahid took 2 wickets each for Safapora.
In response, the match went down to the wire and Safapora eventually managed to cross the line in the 18th over for the loss of 9 wickets (131/9). Shahid scored unbeaten 34 while as Munazir added quick 25 runs to his name. Bilal Shafi took 4 wickets for Hamza CC.
Munazir was declared as player of the match for his all-round performance.
