In the ongoing Hajin Premier League, today Shinning Star Archanderhama defeated Cosmos Cricket Club in a nail-biting encounter by 2 wickets.
Earlier batting first, Cosmos posted a healthy total of 188/8 on board in alloted 20 overs. Sadil and Talib were the main contributors with scores of 48 and 43 respectively. Adil took 3 wickets giving only 19 runs in his 4 over spell for Archanderhama.
In response, the match turned out to be a thriller and Archanderhama just managed to cross the line in the last over of the match(190/8 in 19.5 overs). Adil played a terrific knock of 61 runs of 30 balls while as Manzoor and Younis played match winning cameos of 30 and 20* runs respectively. For Cosmos Club Sameer was the highest wicket taker with 4 wickets to his name.
