Hajin, May 15: In the ongoing Hajin Cricket Cup, Wular Sports Hajin defeated BCC Palpora in a close contest by 3 wickets to enter next round.
Batting first, Palpora only managed to post a total of 105/10 on board in 18 overs. Ajaz and Aqib scored 19 and 16 runs respectively. Waseem took 3 wickets for Wular Sports.
Chasing the target, Wular Sports managed to cross the line in the 15th over for the loss of 7 wickets(107/7 in 14.4 overs). Mudasir played a valuable innings of unbeaten 23 runs while as Fazil aslo added 23 runs to his name. Shahid took 2 wickets for Palpora.
Mudasir was declared as player of the match for his all-round perfomance.
