Srinagar, November 20: Government Degree College (GDC) Tral has emerged as winner of the South Kashmir Inter-College Cricket championship.
The event was organised by Imtiyaz Memorial, Govt. Degree College (GDC) Shopian.
In the final, GDC Tral clashed with GDC Anantnag.
GDC Anantnag won the toss and elected to bat first. They bundled out for meagre score of 51 runs. Ubaid Nisar took three wickets.
GDC Tral chased the target in 11 overs with three wickets in hand. Ubaid Nisar was declared man of the match for his exceptional bowling figures of 3 overs, 3 wickets.
The trophy was jointly presented to the winning team by the Principal GDC Shopian Prof.(Dr.) Bashir Ahmad Dar, Prof. Irfana Majeed Principal Govt. Degree College women Anantnag.
