England announces World Cup squad

England World Cup Squad .

England selectors on Wednesday, April 17, announced the England squad for the ICC World Cup-2019.

There were not any major surprises at the squad was unveiled with just Barbados born who is now eligible to play for England, Jofra Archer missing out to make a surprise inclusion. Joe Denly was picked as extra spin option over Liam Dawson.

Archer, however, has been included in the 17-member squad for the five-match ODI series against Pakistan, and could raise his stakes for a place in the final World Cup squad depending on his performance.
