BREAKING: JKCA announces squad for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

Srinagar, December 29: Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) Tuesday announced the 20-member J&K squad for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, which begins from January 10.

The team will be led by Parvez Rasool and for the first time in history, a player from Ladakh region, Dorjey Kalyan, has been included in the team.

J&K will play its first match against Karnataka as they have been included in the Elite Group A.

The squad will reach Karnataka, the venue for their group, on January 2nd, where players will undergo 7-day quarantine before hitting the field.

Four players viz Paras Sharma, Ankush Bandral, Vivrant Sharma, Yasir Ahmad and Adil Rashid have been kept as standbys.
