In the ongoing, Bijbehara 50-over cricket tournament, today’s match was played between Students Azaan cricket Club Anantnag and United Cricket Club Tral.
Toss won by students Azaan Anatnag and elected to bat first.They scored 214/9 in allotted overs. Jalib Sufi, Arsheed Mir and Zubair Mir made 39, 34 and 36 runs respectively. For United CC Tral, Yasir took 3 wickets while as Umar took 2 wickets.
In reply United CC Tral chased easily in 34th over. Arshad played brilliant innings made 117 runs while as Saqib made 47 runs. Zubair took three wickets for students Azaan Anantnag. United CC Tral won by 6-wkts. Man of the match was given to Arshad for his brilliant hundred. The tournament is organized by Bijbehara Cricket Association.
