BCCI to decide on CK Nayudu Trophy (U-25), Senior Women T20s in Apex Council meeting

Srinagar, February 23: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will decided if or when to hold Col CK Nayudu Trophy (U-25) and Senior Women T20s in its upcoming Apex Council meeting on March 2nd.

Both the tournaments alongside Ranji Trophy were postponed due to rise of Coronavirus in India. While Ranji Trophy already got underway last week, these two tournaments are still on hold.

The Covid cases across India have dropped now and it seems BCCI will give a green signal for the conduct of both these tournaments.

However, it would be interesting to see whether BCCI decides to hold these events in full-length or curtails the number of matches, like it did with Ranji Trophy. All the questions are expected to be answered in the Apex Council meeting, wherein BCCI members will meet virtually on March 2.
