Srinagar: Pakistan all format skipper Babar Azam is going to play in Lanka Premier League after signing for Colombo Strikers.
The star Pakistan batter has been signed as a direct entry by Colombo before the scheduled auction on June 11.The fourth edition of the LPL is set to take place from July 31 to August 22.
Meanwhile Pakistan is scheduled to tour Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series which is before LPL.
Pakistan are also expected to play a three-match ODI series against Afghanistan in second week of August. Hence, the Pakistan captain is likely to be available partially for LPL.
