Srinagar: Pakistan skipper Babar Azam’s reaction after a succesful review during the second ODI against New Zealand in Rawalpindi has gone viral.
The reaction was such that Babar Azam had not expected review to come in hs favour.
It was last second decision forced by pacer Haris Rauf against Tom Latham. The Kiwi skipper was batting on 98, while Mohammad Rizwan & Babar Azam were not convinced that he had under-edged it, Rauf was sure. The review turned out as successful and they reaction by Babar Azam was worth a note. The reaction has gone viral and turned into meme fest.
Meanwhile Daryl Mitchell hit a second successive century while Tom Latham missed a ton by two runs as New Zealand piled up 336-5 in the second one-day international against Pakistan in Rawalpindi on Saturday. The stylish one-drop batter improved on his 113 in the first ODI on Thursday with 129 for 119 balls, and was ably supported by Latham (98) and Chad Bowes (51) after New Zealand were sent in to bat by Pakistan.
In reply Pakistan achieved target for the loss of three wickets with Fakhar Zaman smashing unbeaten 180. Babar scored 65 and Mohammad Rizwan remained unbeaten on 54.
