Srinagar: It was mixed day for Mumbai Indians pacer Arjun Tendulkar witnessing both ups and highs of cricket in his 2nd and third over of the spell against Punjab Kings at Wankhede Stadium.
Batting first Punjab posted 214/8 in 20 overs. Mumbai Indians bowlers did well in initial overs but in the last six overs the bowlers of the team bowled very badly and gave away 109 runs in the last six overs.
During this, Arjun Tendulkar, the hero of the previous match, Arjun had mixed day as well. After getting wicket of P Singh with perfect toe crushing Yorker in his second over, Arjun was at the receiving end in his third over. The son of legendary Sachin Tendulkar was up for thrashing as he conceded 31 runs in his third over which 16th of the innings. That is second most expensive of the IPL 2023.
Arjun Tendulkar in his three overs, conceding a total of 48 runs. Other bowlers were also expensive. Jofra Archer gave 42 runs. Jason Behrendorff and Cameron Green gave 41 runs.
