It was another batting failure as J&K bundled out for 108 runs in its 3rd match of the Vijay Hazare trophy against Haryana at Chennai on September 23.
Though Ahmad Banday and Shubham Khajuria put on 27 runs for the first wicket but once they got out , wickets kept falling at regular intervals. Middle order lead by Parvez Rasool contributed nothing while as lower order batsman like Waseem Raza and Mohammad Mudhasir showed some resistance.
For J&K , its number three batsman Paras Sharma tried to resurrect inning as held on to one end. But even he couldn’t do much as at other end wicket kept tumbling.
He finally got out after scoring 25.
Fotr J&K Ahmad Banday was another notable scorer with 19 while as Waseem Raza scored 17 and Mohammad Mudhasir 16. For Haryana leggie Amit Mishra was pick of bowlers taking three wickets while as Tewatia, Chaprana and Jadav took 2 each.
It was another batting failure for J&K and they again failed to play full overs. The whole team got out in 34.3 overs with 15.3 overs unused.
