Srinagar: Pakistan have found a new cricket star, Aamer Jamal who has shattered multiple records during his dream debut Test series in Australia for Pakistan.
On Friday, Jamal took six wicket haul in Sydney Test vs Australia to join some of the elites of World Cricket.
Aamer Jamal is the first bowler in Pakistan’s Test history to take 18 wickets in debut series (3 matches or less).
Jamal is the only Pakistan cricketer to make a score of 80+ and take a six-wicket innings haul in the same match after Imran Khan against India in 1983.
Jamal is also among the three touring players with 125+ runs and 15+ wickets in a three-Test series in Australia after England’s Ian Botham and Pakistan’s Wasim Akram.
Australia were dismissed for 299 to trail Pakistan by 14 runs on the first innings on the third day of the third Test in Sydney on Friday.
