Kashmir FC were defeated by Southern Samity by 1-0 goals at Barasat stadium, Kolkatta on Thursday.
It was second match of the final round for Kashmir FC in Second Division I-League. In first match team had held Fateh Hyderabad for 0-0 draw. But team couldn’t repeat that performance as they were defeated by Southern Samity by 1-0 goals on Thursday. Shaikhom Ronald scored the winning goal for Southern Samity in 58th minute.
Kashmir FC were unlucky as referee did not allowed the goal scored by the Faisal Wangnoo. Team thought that ball crossed the line but referee did not thought so.
Despite the hot weather conditions and high humidity, Kashmir based side fought valiantly against the side that boosted some known faces of Indian football.
