Srinagar: Field Archery Association of J&K is going to send State team for participating in 7th National Field Indoor Archery National championship scheduled to be held at Kadapa Andrapradesh from February 17 to 19.
The team was selected by technical Experts of the association on the basis of their performance shown by them during selection trials. Recently Kashmir Archer Mudasir of BHSS Palpora Srinagar won Bronze medal in U-19 boys category during SGFI Nationals which were held at at Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh in the month of October 2016.The archer is hopeful that he will get Gold in the said championship. Team that is going to take part in the event are Mudasir ,Mumin Farooq,Zahid ,Mohammad Sufiyan and Coach Mukhtar Rasool. The team will leave on 14th February 2017.
