Junior National: Kerala thrash J&K by 4-0 goals 

Srinagar: J&K Under-16 football team suffered a massive defeat in its first match of the Junior Boys’ National Football Championship for Dr. B. C. Roy Trophy 2023-24 at OFA,7th Battalion, Odisha on Wednesday.

In in its first match, Kerala thrashed J&K by 4-0 goals. Sinan Jaleel scored first goal in 15th for Kerala while as Muhammad Anas doubled lead in stoppage time of first half.

In the 79th and 90th minute Muhammad Shabeel scored two goals for Kerala to finish with 4-0 win. Shabeel was player of the match. 

J&K is scheduled to play against Meghalaya in next match.
