Srinagar: Indian Mountain Running Federation on Sunday celebrated the International Mountain Day with the mountain running event held on Shankaracharya hill here.
The event was held on to commemorate the International Mountain day that is being celebrated across world on December 11. In Kashmir various events are being held on the occasion and Mountain running Federation also held its own event.
Secretary General of the Federation, Rifat Abdullah flagged of the event in which some of the known veteran athletes of the valley participated.
