Jammu, December 19: Abhinav Puri scored a fine-looking 96 while Paras Sharma also struck 89 in the two-day match held at GGM Science College ground in the preparatory trial camp for Ranji Trophy.
Abhinav, the left-handed batter, was playing for Paras Sharma’s XI in the contest against Aditya Pratap XI. He alongside Paras Sharma played fine knocks on a track where most of the batters found it hard to score easily.
In bowling department, Akash, Taizeem Tak and Shahrukh Dar picked two wickets each while Nasir Lone, Sahil Lotra and Sunil shared a solitary wicket each.
These trial matches are organised by JKCA for the selection of squad for Ranji Trophy, which will begin from January 13.
