Anantnag- one match was played at Sports Stadium Anantnag on Thursday , August 26,2021.
In the match, Islamabad FC clashed with United FC. In allotted time no goal was scored and the outcome was decided through penalty shootout.
In the tie breaker Islamabad FC beat United FC to win match. Mohammad Saleem was awarded man of the match.
