Srinagar, January 31: J&K pacer, Auqib Nabi, was Sunday called by Rajasthan Royals to attend trials ahead of the upcoming IPL 2021 Auctions.
The Baramulla native did well in the recently-held Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy after a stellar maiden Ranji Trophy season last year, earning him this call-up.
The right-arm seamer will leave for Nagpur on Tuesday to participate in the trials organised by the franchise. Another J&K cricketer, Mujtaba Yousuf, has also been called for the trials by Rajasthan. He earlier attended Mumbai Indians-held trials as well.
The IPL 2021 Auction is scheduled to be held on February 18 at Chennai.
