Jammu and Kashmir’s lone appearance in the ongoing twelfth edition of Indian Premier League, Rasikh Salam, was on Sunday evening spotted with international stars, Quinton de Cock and Jaspirt Bumrah at airport as Mumbai Indians traveled back to home for the next match.
The Men in Blue and Gold had a swashbuckling outing against the then table-toppers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, on Saturday. They stunned them in all the three departments to bag two important points from the game.
Meanwhile, Rasikh, who made his debut for Indians in the very first match of the season, hasn’t appeared in the following matches of the franchise thus far. He bowled his heart out on his debut, impressing one and all for bowling in such a hot environment of Wankhede Stadium.
The youngster might have to wait a bit to get a go again in the playing XI since Mumbai Indians have been doing well in the seam-bowling department. Pertinently, the introduction of Windies pacer, Alzarri Joseph, have added to the tally.
He scalped the best ever IPL figures in his debut match. Hence the Mumbai side is expected to go unchanged in their next home fixture.
