Once one of the prime pacers of country, now struggling to find place even in the probable lists, Abid Nabi lost his prime at the hands of previous factions of JKCA.
The fiery pacer was left out from all formats when he was considerably doing his best with the ball. He though later found it hard to make a comeback, following various reasons- lack of fitness being at the top.
However, the pacer surely returned to State colours when he played for J&K in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy a couple of years ago. He just played one match and scalped two wickets but gave away slightly more runs.
Thereafter, he again lost his way. In the latest, he has been included in the 25-member T20 shortlist largely due to his good performances in the trial matches.
Meanwhile, the question arises that is Abid Nabi completely fit and good enough with the ball to make it to the final squad. Well, it would be sorted shortly.
