Bijbehara : In the ongoing Bijbehara invitational T20 cricket tournament Kanwal Tigers and Kashmir Sports registered wins in the respective matches at Higher secondary school Bijbehara ground here on Tuesday.
The first match of day was played between Kanwal tigers and FCC Bijbehara. FCC Bijbehara won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 92 run’s in 20 overs. Feroze & Showkat Wagay made 20 & 28 run’s respectively.For Kanwal tigers Naveed took 3 wkts.
In reply Kanwal Tigers chase easily in six overs. Adil & Mudasir played brialantly made 47 & 30 run’s respectively both were remains not out. Kanwal tigers won by 10 wkts. Man of the match Naveed for his brialant bowling 3/14 in 4 overs.
The second match of day was played between Sheeri Kashmir and Kashmir sports. Toss won by Sheeri Kashmir & elected to bat first they scored 137/8 in 20 overs. Shoab & Adil made 53 & 20 runs respectively. For Kashmir sports Aqib & Adil took 2 wkts each. In reply Kashmir sports chased the target in 14.3 overs. Adil & Khurshed made 68* & 28 run’s respectively. For Sheeri Kashmir Mujeeb took 3 wkts. Kashmir sports won by 4 wkts. Man of the match Adil for his alround performances.
