In the second match of the day in Bijbehara Invitational cricket tournament Parveez Sports defeated Hayaat CC Anantnag at Government Higher Secondary School Bijbehara on Friday.
Toss won by Parveez Sports & elected to bat first. They scored 123/8 in 20 overs. Lateef & Wajahat scored 17 & 48 respectively. From Hayaat Naveed & Ubair Hayaat took 3 & 2 wkts respectively.
In reply Hayaat CC managed only 107/9 in 20 overs. Junaid & Naveed & Irfan scored 22, 17 & 16 respectively. From Parveez Sports Muzafar, Gowhar & Wajahat took 2, 2 & 3 wkts respectively. Parveez Sports won by 16 runs. Man of the match Wajahat for his all-round performances.
