In the JKPL-Pattan leg match, Pattan Blues thrashed Buran XI by 34 runs at Pattan on Friday.
Pattan Blues won the toss and decided to bat first. They scored 207 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 31 overs. Basit played a brilliant knock of 52 runs while Shakir and Zubair scored 28 and 27 respectively. From Buran XI, Firdous bowled superbly bagging four wickets while Parveez took 3.
In reply Buran XI lost their first 3 wickets on 36 but Rafeeq stayed in the middle and put on 66 run partnership with Sajad. They scored 38 and 39 respectively. But Pattan Blues bowling attack was good taking all 10 wickets of Buran XI in 28 overs. Hilal bagged four wickets and Shakir got 3 wickets .Shakir was declared man of the match for his all round performance.
