Rising Stars Sopore defeated Handwara in thrilling encounter of Sopore Super League cricket tournament by two wickets at Sopore on Wednesday.
Handwara won the toss and opted to bat first. They scored 201/10in 27.3 overs. Sarfaraz with 53 and Waseem with 31were highest scorers for them while as for Rising Star Assadullah took 6-wickets and Javeed took 3.
In reply Rising achieved target for the loss of 8 wickets. Tahir with 31 not out and Fayaz with 37 were top scorers for them while as Owais took 3 and Faheem 2 wkts for Handwara.
