JK Under-19 girl’s football team cruised into quarterfinal of the 63rd U-19 National School Games for Football at Navi Mumbai on Friday.
JK girls played 2 group matches on Friday. In first match JK defeated NVS by 1-0 goals. Mir Uqba was scorer for team. In second match JK defeated DAV by 3-2 goals. Sonu scored hattrick for JK. J&K qualified for the quarterfinal of the event after 3 out of 4 group matches. In the match played on Thursday, April 19, JK defeated CBSC by 3-1 goals. Tanzeela scored 2 while as Humaira scored one for JK.
