New York: The WWE Universe was left stunned on Monday night after both Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns made shocking unannounced returns during the closing segment of WWE Raw, moments before Survivor Series.
The show’s final moments saw Paul Heyman unveil his WarGames heel team, which includes Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre. Moments later, the opposing babyface team of CM Punk, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Cody Rhodes stormed the ring, igniting an intense all-out brawl.
Just when it seemed momentum was shifting, the arena erupted as Brock Lesnar returned to WWE TV for the first time since defeating John Cena at Wrestlepalooza in September, immediately attacking the babyface team and clearing house.
However, the shock factor doubled when Roman Reigns made his epic comeback, appearing for the first time since his Crown Jewel loss in October. Reigns delivered a Superman Punch to Lesnar, temporarily halting The Beast’s destruction before security and NYPD officers flooded the ring to restore order.
Reed attempted one final attack on Reigns, but the Tribal Chief countered with another Superman Punch and a devastating spear through the ringside barricade, closing the broadcast with a dramatic showdown.
WWE has now confirmed that both Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns will officially enter the WarGames match at Survivor Series, with Lesnar joining Heyman’s heel squad, and Reigns aligning with Punk’s babyface team.
This will mark Lesnar’s first-ever WarGames appearance, while Reigns prepares for his third, having previously led The Bloodline to victories in 2022 and 2024.
Fans can now expect one of the most stacked and unpredictable WarGames matches in WWE history.
