A brilliant knock by Waseem Kachru and awe inspiring bowling spell by Muneeb helped Kashmir Knights to qualify for the knockout stage of Wullar Premier League-2018 after defeating Sultan Cricket Club Chadoora by 104 runs at Tarzoo, Sopore on June 25-2018.
Kashmir Knights scored 158 runs in 20 overs. Waseem Kachroo with 61 run knock was highest scorer for them while as Hyder Ali scored 40 off 14 balls. Gulzar took 4 wickets while as Irshad took 2 wickets for Sultan Club.
In reply, Sultan Cricket Club Chadoora got bundled out for 54 runs. Gulzar and Sakib with 21 runs each were highest scorers for them. Muneeb took 5-wicket haul while as Adil Khan and Shah Nawaz took 2 wickets each for Kashmir Knights. Waseem Kachroo and Muneeb were declared joint man of the match.
