Jammu and Kashmir’s Umran Malik was impressive in the first innings for the Rest of India against Saurashtra in the Irani Cup.
The right-arm quick picked up a three-wicket-haul, including a stump-crushing yorker to Suarashtra skipper Jaydev Unadkat.
The 22-year-old got an opportunity to play a few shots with the bat as well. He made most of it by making unbeaten 16 in the first innings.
In his stay at the crease, Umran struck a might six over the long-on the region, taking everyone by surprise.

Umran is mostly known for his speed with the ball but with this six, he made it clear that he could hit a six or two as well like most of the tail-enders do.
