Srinagar: The multiple reports in the media have suggested that top batter Virat Kohli is likely to miss more England Test due to personal reasons.
He was unavailable for selection during the first two games as well due to “personal reasons” and was exptected to rejoin the team.
However, the latest report adds that Virat Kohli is even doubtful for the fifth game.
Meanwhile, reports also state that Jasprit Bumrah would not be rested during the third Test vs England.
Bumrah, who became the world no. 1 Test bowler on Wednesday, launched a thinly veiled attack at critics who refused to support him during tough times. Bumrah is now the only bowler in the world to have claimed the No. 1 spot in all three formats of the game at some point in his career.
The return of KL Rahul should boost the team’s roster in the absence of Kohli.
