In the ongoing 15th SNW Memorial Cricket Trophy 2018 Spartan Strikers Magam defeated Chaand Champions on July 13 by 3 runs in a nail biting contest.
Batting first Spartan Strikers Magam scored 152 Runs with the help of beautiful batting by Zubair Malik 62 Runs while as Zulfikaar added 29 runs. Abid Nabi took 3 wickets for Chaand Champions.
In reply Chaand Champions started beautifully but couldn’t keep the momentum and lost the match by 3 runs when they needed 10 runs of the last over. Abid Nabi scored 49 while as Aashiq Ashu contributed 44 Runs for Chaand Champions. Mushtaq took 3 wickets for his team.
Zubair was declared as Man of the match for his beautiful batting and match winning bowling.
Abid Nabi was awarded with Best moment of the match for his all round Performance.
