Srinagar, November 21: J&K were held to 1-1 draw by hosts Chandigarh in its opening match of the 75th Santosh Trophy tournament North Zone leg at Chandigarh on Sunday, November 21.
Playing its first match of the group, J&K failed to keep the lead after scoring early.
Shakir scored the opening goal of the match in 7th minute and Surveen equalised for Chandigarh in 37th minute.
In second half no goal was scored abd match ended in 1-1 draw.
From J&K side Aakif received Yellow card in the 49th minute. It was only card shown in match.
J&K will next clash with Services on Tuesday.
