Sanctorum School thrash Islamic International School 4-0

Srinagar: In the ongoing Arise International Inter School Football Championship two matches were played at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground here on Wednesday.

In the first match of the day,  Doon International School clashed with JK Public School. The match turned out as goalless draw.

In the second match of the day, Sanctorum Public School took on International Islamic School. Before the match started, both teams were introduced to current International footballer from J&K, Danish Farooq. The Kerala Blasters forward interacted with student players  and encouraged them to keep focus on the game and stay away from bad habits.

The match turned out as one way affair with Sanctorum Public School took totally dominating over International Islamic School. Sanctorum Public School emerged winner by 4-0 goals.

The tournament is being organised by Frisk Films in collaboration with ANN and Kashmir Sports Watch. J&K Sports Council is also supporting the event.
