Real Kashmir FC Captain Muhammad Hammad signs multi-year deal with ISL side FC Goa

Srinagar: In a major news from Kashmir football arena, the highly talented and Real Kashmir FC captain Muhammad Hammad is going to play in India Super League next seadon after signing multi-year deal with ISL side FC Goa.

Hammad who plays as centre back would be joining FC Goa at the end of ongoing season. The highly talented and hardworking footballer has stood like a rock for Real Kashmir FC this season in I-League.
While leading from the front, Hammad played all 22 games for Real Kashmir, ensuring 12 clean sheets. The team is third in the standings, with 40 points.


Hammad who hails from Srinagar has played for Real Kashmir FC since 2017. He has been with the club since its inception and seeing its growth from a second division I League side to I League team. He has also been with the clun during its title triumph in IFA Shield. Durimg this time Hammad has also played for Jaipur Elite and FC1. At State level Hammad has played for J&K in Santosh Trophy as well.


With the addition of Hammad, FC Goa would be hoping to strengthen its defense for the next season and it would be worth watching how Hammad will pair up with Sandesh Jhingan.
Hammad is reckoned highly and this season he has been brilliant for Real Kashmir. Being captain has given him extra responsibility which he has fulfilled brilliantly.
