Rashid Khan, when not tormenting batting line-ups for his national side, has been lighting up T20 leagues across the world with his fabulous performances. It isn’t just the ball that has been doing the talking for him anymore, as the youngster has turned into quite the finisher, coming in later in the innings and striking some lusty blows for his franchises.
However, on Wednesday, in the T10 League clash against Pakhtoons for Maratha Arabians, the leg-spinner took his finishing abilities up a notch.
Against the tall Mohammad Irfan, Rashid decided to emulate one of the greatest finishers of all time MS Dhoni, unleashing a ‘Helicopter Shot’ for six! The ball, like the former Indian captain’s has done several times, went on to hit the roof of the Sharjah stadium.
The youngster shared a clip of that moment via his official Twitter account. Unfortunately for Rashid, his side was on the losing end of the clash as Pakhtoons chased down the 126-run target with four balls to spare.
