Srinagar, February 03: The much-awaited group stage of Ranji Trophy 2021-22 is all set to begin from February 10 and will run till March 15, BCCI informed state units on Thursday.
Elite teams have been distributed into eight groups while six plate teams in one group in the revised format.
J&K, who made it to the quarter-finals last time, are placed in Elite Group ’C’ alongside Karnataka, Railways and Pondicherry. They will play matches at Chennai.
Ranji Trophy was earlier postponed due to rising number of Covid cases across India.
