Parvez Rasool has been the one-man-army for J&K since years now. Be it with the ball or bat, he has always stood tall and delivered for his team, however, his T20 numbers are a bit concerning.
In the 46 matches, he has made 553 runs at an unimpressive average of 16. Though his primary role figures are better as the right-arm spinner has picked 36 wickets at an economy of 6.8.
Collectively these numbers surely needs to be improved by him, with J&K always expecting more from its skipper.
Meanwhile, it would be interesting to see how he goes in the this season. He has thus far been exceptional both in Vijay Hazare and Ranji Trophy.
Certainly, if he performs well, J&K can end up with better performances in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
