Omar starred with ball as IBCCHyderbeigh defeated FPF Ganderbal by five runs in the second match of the day in 2nd T20 Super Cup Palhallan 2019.
Earlier IBCC Hyderbeigh won the toss and elected to bat first. Openers of IBCC started slowly scoring only 29 runs in powerplay , once powerplay concluded batsman of IBCC tried to play their shots. That resulted in fall of wickets with team managing mere 117-7 in allotted 20 overs.
Yaqoob scored 31 for IBCC while Ayaz added 20 runs to teams total. Sameer took 3 wickets while Owais and Firdous took 2 wickets each respectively.
In reply, FPF Ganderbal tried to play calculated cricket but couldn’t handle the fine bowling spell of Omar.
They were able to score only 111-8 in their allotted 20 overs. Amir scored 22 runs while Munir contributed 14 runs. Omar took 4 wickets for IBCC Hyderbeigh. Omar was awarded Man of the match for his four wickets.
