Srinagar, Febuary 8: Indian Pencak Silat Federation and Pencak Silat Association of Jammu and Kashmir jointly honoured and felicitated Padma Shree awardee Faisal Ali Dar in Srinagar on Tuesday.
Faisal Ali Dar is first Padma Shree Awardee of Jammu and Kashmir in the category of Sports ( Coach , Pencak Silat ), Association statement said.
All the sports fraternity congratulated him on his this huge honour, statement added.
