Mohammad Wasim Jr RATTLE Stumps as Bangladesh all out for 204

Srinagar: Pakistan pacers rattled Bangladesh batters as they bundled out for 204 run total against Pakistan in the World Cup 2023 match at Eden Gardens Kolkata on Tuesday.

Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Wasim Jr took three wickets each while as Haris Rauf claimed two. Spinners Usama Mir and Iftikhar Ahmed took one each. 

The proceedings kicked-off with Bangladesh winning the toss and opting to bat first at the Eden Gardens. Pakistan were given an early boost with Shaheen Afridi taking his 100th ODI wicket in the first over itself. Afridi went on to take another after which Haris Rauf got the big wicket of Mushfiqur Rahim. Litton Das and Mahmudullah then produced some fight and added 79 runs for the fourth wicket but since then Bangladesh have lost wickets at regular intervals.

Mohammad Wasim took back to back wickets to clean up the Bangladesh tail by reverse swing yorkers.
