
Shahrukh Dar, a Srinagar-based fast-bowler on Tuesday bowled in the Royal Challengers Bangalore net session, owning himself praise from Indian skipper, Virat Kohli and others at M.A Chinnaswamy Stadium Bangalore.
Shahrukh who made his debut for Jammu and Kashmir in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy earlier this year has been constantly bowling at the nets at Bangalore as a specialist bowler.
Known for bowling at an alarming pace, Shahrukh has reportedly impressed modern day cricket great, Virat Kohli and others in the net session of Royal Challengers Bangalore.
“Shahrukh today bowled extremely well at the nets. After the session, Virat Kohli and other players of RCB praised him,” Sahil, a close friend of Dar told KSW.
Kohli has also suggested the youngster to work more hard to make it big in the future.
“He (Kohli) told him to work further as he was quite happy with Shahrukh’s pace,” Sahil claimed.
RCB pulled off a thrilling victory against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday to keep their hopes of making it to Indian Premier League playoffs alive.
